Susanne, a Texan by choice, has lived in Dallas since 1994. She joined Coldwell Banker after a successful career with advertising agencies and home builders. Born and raised in Stockholm,  Sweden Susanne came to the US as a college scholarship student. After graduating from UTD, Susanne spent time raising a family and living and traveling with her husband in Singapore.  

Susanne resides in Carrollton since 1994. Here she raised her daughter to become a successful jazz musician. An avid animal lover, and occasional rescuer of stray cats, she currently shares her home with 2 cats.

Susanne spent 7 years with national advertising agencies in Atlanta and Dallas and entered the Dallas Ft. Worth corporate marketing world of new home construction in 1999. As a director of marketing, Susanne’s marketing and advertising abilities translate well to all aspects of real estate, especially in assisting sellers with multi-dimensional marketing plans.  And, with 8 years of model merchandising experience, Susanne is exceptionally gifted in staging homes for quick sale.  

Susanne has worked with buyers and sellers throughout the Metroplex and is familiar with many aspects of new construction. She has assisted clients with selling and buying homes in the north Dallas area including Carrollton, Lewisville, Highland Village, Flower Mound, Corinth, Plano, Frisco and Little Elm.  

Susanne takes the interests of her clients to heart and is known “to go above and beyond the call of duty”, as expressed by a recent client. Her top priorities are following-up and following through on the commitments she makes to her clients. She strives for referral business and will go to great lengths to ensure that her clients have a pleasant buying or selling experience.
